We loved the location that was close to walking paths. It is also very close to the seaside (10 mins) and city center (15-20 min walking). The neighbourhood is quiet, the balcony had a very nice view. The host was very responsive and welcoming.

Very quiet and clean accommodation with free parking. The room was nice and had a kitchenette. Heating was by AC, and functioned well. The location was very good, close to nice walking area and only 17min from the old town of Rovinj.

Villa Istria is truly magical! The host family is so kind, warm and welcoming. Always make you smile! The apartment (3) was perfect. Roomy closet in the hallway, big bed and couch in the main room with a beautiful picture wall. A fully stocked kitchenette and a breakfast bar. Bathroom with shower and the most wonderful balcony with a beautiful view of the garden, were tortoises roam. There's a 10 min walk to several beaches and a Konzum and a bakery in the neighborhood. You can walk along the coast line into old town in 30 min, or walk through town in about 17 min. Maria has all the best recomendations, we tried them all and loved them! We never wanted to leave. I can not recommend Villa Istria enough, it will live in my heart forever and we are definitely coming back, again and again.
