The apartment was clean and well-equipped. We really appreciated the welcome fruit, chocolate, coffee/tea/capuccino and water. Our host provided us with toiletries as well. The location is unbeatable: approximately 15 minutes from Cuvi beach, Mulini beach is a 10 minute walk, the historic town center is a pleasant 20 minute walk. There is also a Konzum in the area. So we basically did not really have to use our car to get around. Our host, Helena was an extremely warm, welcoming person. We had a little mishap with our dog, she helped me with the vet. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to spend some quality time in the charming Rovinj.

Wonderful Stay in Cozy Apartments! We had an amazing time staying in these lovely apartments. Everything is well thought out: two bedrooms, two showers and toilets — very convenient for a family or a group. There’s air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, and a cozy balcony for relaxing. One of the highlights is the green outdoor area with a barbecue — perfect for evening gatherings. There’s also a covered parking space for your car. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the beaches and also around 15 minutes to the old town, which is full of charming cafes and beautiful streets. The nearest grocery store is just 5 minutes away. A huge thank to the welcoming and kind hosts! They greeted us with treats — sweets, fresh fruit, and chilled water, which was so nice after a long journey. They were always available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. This was a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d love to come back again!

Smooth communication with the host. Helena and Severina are really nice people:) Well equipped kitchen. Good location: 15 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the restaurant, 10 mins to the grocery shop on foot. Covered parking place for your car.
