Pretty much everything! We had the ground floor apartment so cool during the day Comfortable bed Modern kitchen Very friendly owner who lives onsite Spacious terrace outside Modern main bathroom and also a small ensuite Modern efficient AC Easy off street parking outside the door off a quiet one way street Easy downhill walk to Rovinj taking 15 mins or so to the port Although no AC in the bedroom it was still cool at night Big modern fridge freezer Nice welcome pack including coffee pods, teas, chocolate and fruit Comfortable with well thought out touches

Everything! Great location - literally 10mins walk to the city centre! Great host ❤️ very clean and cosy! Coffee and fruits 🥰 Bed is extremely comfortable! Strongly recommend!

Very spacious and nice peaceful location still in walking distance to city center. Extremely well maintained with all amenities needed for a comfortablr stay. We would definitely recommend it.
