The location of the apartment is very good, nice beaches are in walking distance. We had a ground-floor apartment with a nice terrace, which could be separated by a small fence and gate, allowing our dogs to spend a lot of time outside with us. There was also a microwave, which is not common in Croatia. The street is low-traffic, quiet, and has a sidewalk.

Great and very comfortable apartment. Ours was on the third floor with the entrance separated by an additional balcony. The apartment was extremely quiet. Apart from good time spent at the sea and in the magnificent city, we were also able to enjoy our time at the apartment. Quietness and air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom made our sleep very comfortable. We felt well rested after our stay in Rovinj. The welcoming bottle of Croatian wine was appreciated very much. There is a parking space in the courtyard. It was not reserved for us but we could always find a spot. Otherwise, a large public parking is available for free just opposite of the house.

Great location, 5 min to the sea, beautiful bays, long seaside walks, beach with umbrellas and wild areas all available, big green area with park and pine trees, places to eat- all great.
