Room and hotel was great with plenty of space. The family who runs this hotel are incredibly friendly and warm. We felt very welcome including our four leg family member :-) I highly recommend the wine tasting tour! They have amazing wine and you get to have a tour through the castle and the history of the place.

We loved the quiet & peaceful location, large room with a lot of character and fantastic views and a lovely comfortable bed. There was a lot of storage for all our things to go to and a spacious bathroom. The walls of the property are really thick so no noise can be heard inside. The property has got fabulous views and is set in a quiet area but there are several good restaurants within walking distance. But the most wonderful asset to this property and the business is Laura who couldn't do more to assist us with various tips for different attractions and restaurants. She went above and beyond making sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We are really grateful for all her help and assistance!!
