location nice, staff friendly. chalets a bit outdated and certainly not as romantic as i expected. breakfast not very good and only started late so we missed it on some days

Chalets were quite cozy, but few things could have been better. They have reception on one side of the road and our chalets were on the opposite side of the road. Of course for check in we took the taxi to the reception. Then when we checked in we got to know, no they don’t guide us to our chalet. We dragged all our four luggage bags (just two girls) with our own personal bags till opposite side in that snow.. It was quite exhaustive. There were no basic toiletries in the room, not a single bottle of water. Other than this everything else was great.. very scenic location just near the lake, very own private sauna in each chalet. It’s quite good..

Everything was just superb including the location. The people at the reception were very welcoming particularly the senior lady on the day of our check-out on 19th March.

Perfect location for skiing. Great being just a short drive from Rovaniemi city but feeling very remote & idyllic
