We enjoyed the warm hospitality and attention to details from the staff at the front desk, the chef, the housekeeping to the driver for the airport shuttle. We were delighted to see the Northern Lights just outside the hotel. It was wonderful that the supermarket Sale was a 2-min walk from the hotel. The sauna was also a relaxing experience for us. Even though the hotel was located 30km from the city centre, we found reliable service from the meneva app as well as the bus to travel between the hotel and city centre. Thank you so much for the sumptuous breakfasts and Christmas meals which was on the house (totally unexpected but deeply grateful!) Thank you so much for a magical experience in Lapland!

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Boreas. The staff organised us breakfast on all days with high quality food and arranged transport for us to go to the city centre and Santa Claus village. All the above without any additional cost. More over, they organised dinners on 24 and 25 December for all guests, without any additional charge. The staff were kind, helpful and nice. The hotel and the rooms were nice and cozy. We managed to see Aurora Borealis right in front of the property, when we stepped outside in the night.
