Good communications with the owner prior to arrival; He's a very nice person, wants to make sure everything is ok. Logically, at this room rate you cannot expect a 5-star hotel, but everything was clean, easy to reach from the motorway and parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast wasn't included, but for less then Euro 10 each we had a great breakfast. Definitely can recommend this hotel when you're passing through from North to South or v.v. and need a clean place to spend the night, close to the motorway
