The fine print
Please note that our property features 2 gites. One for 4 guests and the other one for 2.They are bit far from each other. The big gite is equipped with with air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, washing machine, a kettle and a dishwasher ,completed with a kitchen.the 2 jites have a private space outside.The gites are not equipped the same way. There is a lounge with space for dining in the big gite.Also, there is a large living room and kitchen open to the living room in the big jite.
Both gites feature an air conditioning.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Our stay was an absolute delight. We were greeted so warmly by Katia and Geraldine. The property is suburb. An absolute oasis. The pool was magnificent and our accomodation had remarkable attention to detail, real beauty in style and ambiance and the garden was magnificent. We LOVED our stay and highly recommend this as a beautiful respite to this lovely region

Exceptionally well presented and comfortable. Katia and Geraldine were very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful garden and pool. Close to Beiziers, Pezeanes and other gorgeous towns in the region.

We had a lovely stay and Katia is a very warm welcoming host. It’s an oasis as you come through the gate into a mature well tended garden with impressive trees and flowers and Mediterranean plants … The swimming pool is a great size so you can exercise or lounge and is surrounded by the tranquil setting … our apartment had everything we needed and a great private outside space with chairs to relax in and to eat outside. My husband had to work some days so it was good to have the internet connection to do that . I’d recommend it for a relaxing stay and also it’s a couple of minutes walk to the cafe/bar and the other restaurants in Roujan as well as having a supermarket on hand for anything you need .
