Good lounge area, good breakfast. Bar and food available in the evening. Good shower. Good sized bed. Happy about the sustainability choices - e.g. no plastic bags, option for no clean etc.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, clean and well equiped with a bathtub in the bathroom. Nice lobby, restaurant area and terrace, handy and secure parking.

Welcome by staff, efficiency on arrival, and the standard of the well appointed bedrooms.AND genuine friendliness towards pets I was travelling with my 2 domestic cats. This was an extremely relaxing and comfortable stay . When visiting Rouen again I will Definately elect to stay at this Ibis Hotel the quality of service offered by the staff excellent and the quality & choice of food at breakfast , cannot be beaten & set us on our way to Calais and le shuttle!
