The hotel is in an excellent location, near to the historic centre and the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bicycle securely inside. The breakfast was great.

The location was perfect, good for the city and good for the train station. The breakfast buffet was substantial and comprehensive. The staff were courteous. There is no parking on site; this was expected, but it is something to be aware of. In any event, the nearest public car park is very near and the staff sorted out the car park payments without fuss.

The hotel is central, at walking distance of all major attractions of Rouen - the arts museum and the “Secq des Tournelles” museum are opposite, the old market, the cathedrals and the horologe are also close. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, the WiFi works well and the staff is friendly, kind and efficient. We parked in a public parking just close to the hotel as the reception arranged it for us. The breakfast was a surprise with so many options, everything fresh and delicious. We highly appreciated this hotel, .
