The staff were amazing, so kind and patient and everything was explained brilliantly. Really good secure bike storage , the location is first rate giving you access to the best parts of Rouen. I loved the room which was spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the hotel decor might be described as quirky but I found it wonderful and so much more genuine than other hotels. I will definitely be back. Merci a tous!!

Great location. Décoration is in the theme of Napoléon. There is even a statue of him at the entrance.
