A great house for a family holiday, being close to the Beach and the South Downs National Park. Frequent buses run along the Coast Road giving access to Brighton or Eastbourne in the other direction. Good communication from the host and housekeeper. The house has spectacular views out to sea and was both comfy and well equipped.

The property is absolutely amazing and done to such a high standard. It really is a beautiful property and exactly what we were after with a nice amount of outside space. It's also got a large dining area and lovely living room too should the weather not quite be garden appropriate! We were here on a Mamma Mia themed hen do and the property worked perfectly for that!
East “Brilliant sea views”

Amazing views and brilliant facilities. The house is equipped with everything you should need and the hot tub is lovely especially after a day of sightseeing and lots of walking. Claire is lovely and even contacted us when we were travelling to offer us an early check-in which was a real bonus.

Fantastic position, and a wonderful place to stay, clean and well appointed, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Hot tub was wonderful.
