I loved my room, the beautiful view, the cafe being opened long hours, the kitchen pack, well equipped gym, spaces to socialise and enjoy alone time and the free laundry was a very nice gesture. Many hotels will charge extra for laundry. I felt very well looked after at The Social Hub.

Big, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, a microwave was a nice touch along with a free room upgrade. The cleaning staff was very polite

The Social Hub has a Work Cafe, is a Co-Working Space, has ping pong, pool, and a mini football, bikes to rent, many spaces to meet and chat. The rooms and hallways in the sleeping areas have a notion of a student dorm, functional, basic, a little worn down. The common spaces are creative, beautifully decorated, for a younger audience. The rooms have a kitchenette but you will have to ask for all cooking equipment. There a stroopwaffels and condoms in the room. A lot of nice touches. It feels safe, modern, and the location is amazing. Shower is spacey and the shampoo and shower gel are in refillable containers. Personell was friendly, helpful, fast.

There is a tram stop within yards of the hotel - direct to Rotterdam Central Train Station. A restaurant/bar is downstairs as part of the same building and supplies a fair menu and drinks. I didn't have the breakfast, but it sounded plentiful and fair value when I enquired of the details. You can leave luggage if you arrive before check in. When I couldn't work out how to use the air conditioning the staff came to my rescue in a quick and friendly way.
