Kindness and hospitality of the staff. I was in Rotterdam for a maritime business fair (Breakbulk Europe). So, the theme of the hotel was the best fit to my travel.

Spending a night on the SS Roterdam cruise ship from the late 50' was fantastic. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We did the tour of the ship with the audio guide. Amazing experience!

The fact that this is an old cruise ship makes it very interesting. The tours are really worthwhile
