To ensure a smooth check-in process, we strongly advise to provide our staff with your WhatsApp (phone) number before the day of arrival. On the day of arrival, we will send you a link that provides access to the property and your room via an application with two buttons. Check-in at the kiosk is not necessary anymore.
Without the digital key, you can gain access to the property by ringing the bell at the front door. A colleague will respond and open the door for you. You can self-check in on floor 0 in our coffee corner on the right.

The location suited us perfectly. The hotel was close to my son’s apartment and we had come to visit him. The IT system essential for getting into the hotel and the bedroom worked perfectly and the information provided by the bot was very helpful.
