The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I have to give a shout out to Jenny who helped us considerably and the lady at the desk on Sunday night who organised a bottle of your body wash for me to take home. I didn't get her name but she was wonderful.

Location was great. Walking distance to restaurants and bars . The maritime museum And the tram are close by. Accommodation was basic and clean. Continental breakfast is good. Nice area outside overlooking the canal to relax. Staff are very friendly.
