Hotel Overview

Located in the Oude Haven (Old Port) Rotterdam, this brand new citizenM Rotterdam is a stylish contemporary hotel, which is right at the city centre with many sights of the city. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Guests can enjoy the modern, trendy bedrooms which feature ambient lighting and With the room iPad, or the free citizenM app, all guests can control room lights, black-out blinds, curtains, temperature, as well as TV and radio channels. They can also stream from their own Netflix, Prime or Disney+ accounts (and many others), by connecting their phone, tablet or laptop to the TV via Chromecast (at no extra charge)
The citizenM design hotel itself features a 24-hour reception and contemporary shared living areas furnished with Vitra chic furniture. Guests may also take advantage of the free iMac’s available to them as well as the complimentary printing service.
The 24-hour canteenM offers a selection of sandwiches and warm dishes and the bar serves draught beer, champagne and cocktails. There is also a breakfast bar available, which serves coffee, tea and pastries.
Purchase of breakfast includes free hot drinks from 6AM untill 11AM – from barista coffees to hot tea.
The hot & cold breakfast buffet comes with unique local treats, familiar favourites, and healthy options for everyone — including vegans and vegetarians.

LOVE the availability of the bikes. The staff are very nice and a pleasure to engage with. Very professional and always pleasant. Refreshing! The location in the old harbour is great. Beds super comfortable and huge. Room very small but well designed so that it has everything you need Love the gadgets in the room (mood music and cool lighting)

Very clean and modern (I mean geeky) facilities. Perfect location right next to Metro, tram and right next to the Cubes and the Markthel. Staffs were super friendly and welcoming- offered cutleries and when I wanted drinking water from the room they also thoughtfully nudged me to go for the free bottles (instead of the highly priced branded ones). I really appreciate their service even it’s a rather self-sufficient setting.
