Check-in and check-out is done at the self-service terminal.We do not allow animals, only service animals are allowed. Guests need to inform about the service animal before arrival.citizenM Rotterdam has 13 parking spots available for our guests. The rate is 19.50 EUR per hotel night (from 2.00 PM on your arrival date until 11.00 AM the next day).
These parking spots cannot be pre-booked in advance due to restrictions. Please ask the hotel ambassador upon arrival if any parking spots are available.When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Strategic location for Rotterdam. It's clean, cofortable and well designed. If you like concept hotels this is cool! Some rooms are quite small, but I like the option to choose the location of the room during check-in (and nice option to do it on a tablet, eventually with a smart support by the hotel team).

That place has special rooms for disabled people, that was a very comfortable stay. There's also a nice team of employees over there... With a nice teamspirit...

I very much like the setting and interactive media control of the room. The double curtains for privacy and nightlife are impressive. Different colour lighting settings and background musics make the life more enjoyable in the hotel. Lobby and reception design is extremely modern, beautiful and stylish, my style.
