We loved the peaceful big garden space and we selected this opportunity so we could bring our little companion dog It was perfect for lakeside fun with kayaks and outdoor furniture

Overall, the house was inviting a retreat for exploring Rotorua and exceeded expectations in serval aspects. It is much bigger than it appears from the outside and features a magnificent location, backing directly onto the lake with direct access through the adjoing reserve and garden, making for a private and practical accommodating our family of 4 adults and one child well. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, the couch, the well equipped kitchen. The outdoor facilities, including the BBQ and spa, were excellent, and the layout suited our family effectively, providing ample space for children to play indoors and outdoors. Especially the provision of kayaks was also appreciated.
