We were changed to a new room immediately due to our spa not being hot enough, staff were helpful and super quick to tend to this matter and we appreciate that so much as it was our only night off all week. Other than that...... Everything was great!

Refurbished since we last visited. Very stylish rooms & super comfortable beds. Lovely addition of a small “sofa” in the room. Our room had a lovely outlook to the garden & sunshine in the afternoon.

Great hotel in a good location, walking distance to the lake, shops, cafes and restaurants, with parking on site. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good size bathroom, great shower, very clean. Friendly staff, easy check in / out.
