Unbelievable value - I now see why the rating is sooo good for a low cost motel. The room was very spacious and very clean. The host was so helpful and was able to upgrade us to a bigger unit so we could have an additional friend stay - This was a very minimal charge! The service was above and beyond - and this will be our first call next time in Rotorua

This was an older style motel with old style facilities, you could see the owner took pride in the accommodation and kept it very neat and tidy. The room was very clean and fairly priced for the age. the staff very friendly. I would certainly recommend this accommodation and stay again.

Hosts very welcoming and helpful with my questions. Even though I chose to not have my room serviced each day Sophie still checked if I needed anything

We arrived a little early, but the manager was very welcoming and let us straight into our room. His wife brought us clean towels etc a little later. Room etc very basic but clean and comfortable :-)
