The location near to "Eat St" was excellent and permitted easy walking into Rotorua centre itself

It was fine for one night. Room was adequate and clean. Only real issue was every time another door on our corridor opened or closed it made ours rattle and kept waking me up!

Fabulous location- a short walk to the waterfront area with a lovely boardwalk and plenty of play areas. The hotel was immaculately clean and staff were friendly and professional. They were ready to help with anything you needed. Onsite laundry was a great bonus. Parking was easy and safe( and free!)
