Location was exceptional. Near the water and the shops - great for walking around. Breakfast included was fantastic. You can also use the Novotel facilities next door which had a good gym and hot pools. Laundry had free washer and dryer and detergent!

Location was excellent for our activity. It was easy to find and in close proximity to shops etc. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly.

The location is the best and the beds are really comfortable. The parking was also free which was nice. The tvs have chromecast so it was easy to watch shows and the wifi is decent.

Our room was suppose to be city view but we were delighted to have a lake/ park view. We enjoyed a beautiful sunrise on Anzac Day from our window. comfy bed and nice shower. The fire alarm went off at 4.30am. It was handled well. We were staying in Rotorua because we had a special Anzac commemoration at Reporoa. My husband's hometown

Perfect location, especially for restaurants and bars. Easy access to the lake, which we were very lucky to have a view of from our room.. Guest laundry was very much appreciated.

We booked bed only so no experience of breakfast although it looked ok. We only stayed for a one night stop-over so did not need anything other than a bedroom. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location.

The location was great. The room was perfect for our one night stay. Big bed and super comfy. Liked that an iron and ironing board was provided.
