It was in a great location and was a 2minute or less to almost any place you needed to get to. Rooms are spacious and the pool is also nice!

Our room was very spacious and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to cook a meal for one of our nights. Good location - a few minutes drive to the mall, and downtown area. Place was clean, and they changed the bins / towels daily.

We had everything we needed in the room. Lounge is huge, with a dining table and chairs. Full kitchen amenities aswell, double bed in the room off the lounge. Separate toilet just off bathroom. Reception was friendly and helpful. Value for money is a 10/10

Being upgraded from one-bedroom apartment to two-bedroom apartment, the kitchen has sufficient cooking equipment and cutlery. The pillows are comfortable. The apartment is spacious. One of the bedroom has comfy bed.

The staff are lovely. The facilities are awesome and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to most places we needed and the people in Rotorua generally were so nice. Would definitely recommend to friends n family
