Location is great. Right along Fenton Street. Not far from Woolworths or Pak n save. Close to Ciabatta cafe. Not far from Te Puia. Part of why I chose it was the kitchen. I wanted to have a microwave. Not only did I get a microwave, there was a stove with pots and utensils. Really loved that because we were able to have our meals. The pool was well heated and basically a hot pool. Multiple entry and exit points for the motel.

It was a large property with many rooms. It was close to the pick up point of our tour which was why we selected it . It turned out just fine. The young girl at the reception was friendly and cordial.
