A quiet location just out of central Rotorua, within five minutes drive to many of tourist attractions. A unique place to stay in that it has its own hot pools, mud pools and hot stream. I loved the access to the lakefront (which is beautiful) where I could dig my own hot pool. Our room was comfortable for our family group. We could cater for ourselves with the amenities available. I’m a repeat customer and would stay again.

Loved the hot pools and the overall atmosphere of the whole place. Very clean and tidy, room was immaculate.
