The story of the family and friends over the years since buying the place and later the motel next door, their exceptional energy for helping people, their own passion and compassion for others- people with best community attitudes . Morgen is a natural, relating quickly with resoectful camaraderie to my husband who has Dementia. Offering to be helpful any time needed etc .Service abd rapport great from cleaning lady.

Everything. The Capri is our go to Motel in Rotorua. Only motel we will stay at as it has everything we need and it is very clean. The spa is amazing. Love it!
