Brilliant host (Vivien) efficient,organised and engaging. Vivien included excellent breakfasts at no extra cost and beer and wine at very reasonable cost . Great accommodation with a hostess full of information about local attractions. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Vivian is a truly amazing host, she shared a lot a tips and recommendations about Rotorua which contributed to make our stay unforgettable. The room was comfortable and sizeable, with a nice little terrace with a view on the garden. Location was perfect, especially if you plan to cycle in the RedWoods.
