Beautiful location within easy walking distance of the Redwoods. Our host was incredible. She served a wonderful breakfast and spent time with us to understand what we were looking for in our stay and helping us identify activities and how to get there. We saw her doing this with all her guests and we thought it was wonderful. The room was very comfortable with the softest sheets. The breakfast was great.

We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, as we happened to be the only guests during our stay. Vivien was incredibly warm and welcoming — she prepared a simple yet delicious continental breakfast each morning and went out of her way to make us feel right at home. She also shared many helpful local tips that made our time in Rotorua even more enjoyable.
