Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Soaking in the Mineral Pool after a long day of exploring Rotorua was very relaxing. Also enjoyed the pool. The Aura is right across the road for the beach and a great children's park, and close to the activity in town.

The accomodation was one of the best ones we had on our New Zealand trip. The whole place was well thought through. Location couldn’t have been better. It was really clean and had everything you could need for a few days. The staff was really nice and helpful.
