With stunning views of Rothesay Bay and the Cowal Hills, The Ardyne Guest House is just 2 minutes’ drive from the town’s ferry terminal. This elegant Victorian villa provides en suite rooms, some with free WiFi.
Rooms have sea or garden views and all include a flat-screen TV, DVD player and tea and coffee facilities. All have an en suite shower with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, and some rooms also have a bath.
All rooms are located on the first or second floors accessed by long staircases which may not be suitable for all guests.
The Ardyne Guest House is a 10-15 minute stroll along the seafront to the town, with Rothesay Castle around 1 mile away. Rothesay Golf Club is a 3-minute drive, and you can reach Bute Golf Club in just under 20 minutes.

The room was lovely and spacious. All the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. You have a variety of options for breakfast I highly recommend this guest house.

Great location overlooking the water with superb view from dining room window. Hearty Scottish breakfasts with locally sourced produce. Comfortable room. Helpful staff promptly returned the hat I left behind.

The view was amazing. We loved just sitting looking out the window from our room and at breakfast. We left early however it was nothing to do with our stay more our plans were changed so we headed home early. Breakfast was lovely and filling too

Jane was the most hospitable host, so friendly, so lovely and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was delicious and view from rooms over the water was beautiful.

A bit of a walk from Rothesay center. Please note there are narrow stairs that can be difficult with a big and heavy suitcase. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.
