I come to rothesay 3 or 4 times a year and lorna at sunnyside is my first point of contact checking availability. She goes above and beyond with guests. The breakfasts are amazing and it feels as if you are communicating with a friend. She is so knowledgeable about the area and always gives me and others good advice about what is on, places to visit, interesting walks etc.

Property was fantastic, room was lovely with the sea view and chairs beside the window. Bed was very comfortable. Toilet was a little on the small side but that wasn’t too much of a problem. Whole building was absolutely amazing.
