A little family run hotel a short walk from Rothesay, the Hosts were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us during our stay.

Ideally located, short distance from the town centre. Cozy hotel. Amy and Dave are lovely, and we fell at home straight away. Very generous breakfast and attention to our needs. Amy surprised us with a bottle of bubbly when we told her we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. How kind of her! We also enjoyed a few drinks, with Dave at the bar. Great selection of drinks and cheaper than in a pub! We will come back and next time we’ll make sure we stay in the big suite with terrace! Thank you for a very pleasant stay 😊

Absolutely wonderful place. Amy and Dave were the best of host's you could ever meet. The room was fine but the bed was top notch ( I have spinal injuries) and was the best sleep. Will most definitely be back!

The breakfast was nice and hot and tasty and the service was very good the lady who served us was very good and gave us some home made cake to take away, very good.
