The position of the hotel its perfect arriving with the ferry. Just 7 minutes walking. To be inside the building you just need the door code which means you're free to come back at any time during your stay We been lucky enough to get the room with the ensuite

Very nice and helpful staff. Shona the cook made an absolutely fantastic breakfast. Room and toilet was very clean. 2 min walk from the boat. Has a nice garden area at the front that you can sit and enjoy the view of the water. I would go back again! 👍

Beautiful classical house seafront with lovely established rear garden that had tasteful areas to sit , looking onto woods. We had a deluxe room newly decorated and warm. After seeing some reviews we were pleasantly surprised, to be honest, we were on a budget couple escape weekend lol. Breakfast in abundance and tasty, fresh brewed coffee, woman excellent, nothing too much bother and kind. Excellent value we will return ,next time would go for seaview for a little extra cost. Excellent location next to centre ferry and restaurants. Romantic setting
