The hotel is beautiful inside and out, full of character that is very Rothenburg. Brilliant location, just a few steps from the Market Square. Really friendly and helpful staff. Generous and delicious breakfast buffet.

Staff were friendly helped us with parking an£ picking up car, with bags and giving full info on facilities. Rustic style rooms with some nice decor in the breakfast room with a nod to work of the eponymous wood sculptor .Very clean , facilities as described. Breakfast very good and we were allowed to take our dog into a dedicated part of breakfast room. Situated right close to medieval town centre .

Wow absolutely amazing. The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. . We have travelled the world but this hotel is one of the best ever .
