I had a fantastic stay here! The house is set on a hill with breathtaking views of Rosscarbery Bay. My room was spacious, ensuite, very clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The bed was super comfortable. Margaret and Jim are amazing hosts—so friendly, chatty, and genuinely helpful. They were always around to offer advice about the village and the West Coast, making the stay feel warm and personal. There’s a lovely terrace at the front with ocean views and comfy chairs—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was continental with lots of fruit, yogurts, cereals, and great coffee. Highly recommended for anyone visiting this part of Ireland. I’d definitely come back!

Margaret and Jim were perfect hosts. They welcomed us into their beautiful home. Always ready for a chat they provided advice on the fish & chip shop for our evening meal and about the Titanic museum in Cobh, our next stop. We had a beautiful sea view. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom immaculate with a very powerful shower. The breakfast was just right for us; plentiful and homely. A wonderful stay. I would recommend Bethel Guesthouse.
