Easy location, near to beautiful quiet walks. Bedrooms really comfortable and well decorated/furnished.

The bedroom was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location, across the road from a pub which served meals. The Guesthouse is 15 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. Cafe downstairs where you can get tea/coffee or breakfast in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The location is excellent — not in the very centre of Edinburgh, but surrounded by beautiful sights and a lovely natural setting. Rosslyn Chapel is right next door, which made the experience even more special. There is convenient parking at the property, as well as easy access to public transport nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable, the linen was of good quality, and everything worked perfectly. We especially loved that our room had its own story — the “Lovers’ Leap” legend added a special touch to our stay. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
