Wonderful position right on the river, and so peaceful and quiet. Very well appointed apartment with a comfortable double-bed and a great outlook onto a manicured lawn. Everything you need to relax and enjoy all the Tamar Valley has to offer.

Lovely unit, very comfortable fabulous location, nice views, especially the very private "happy hour" location right on the water. The warm floor in the bathroom would be wonderful in winter. Kitchen is small but perfectly fine and has everything you need and lots of extra pantry items and the table and chairs overlooking the river in the kitchen is very nice. The unit is underneath the main house but you have your own entrance and car park, and no noise or interference.We loved our stay and the Rosevears Hotel and the Duck cafe both within walking distance were fabulous. We enjoyed everything and driving along the river to get to it is spectacular. We would definitely return. Communication was prompt and easy.

Incredible location on the Tamar River. Fantastic outdoor areas to either sit by the river or get out if the wind.
