WHATSAPP COMMUNICATION: Having WhatsApp is essential, as it is our primary means of contact. We will send you the link to complete online check-in via this application.ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It consists of: Filling in the details of all occupants, paying the remaining balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.), and signing the digital contract.
By checking in online, you authorize our agency to charge the amount as a security deposit to your credit card in case of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be included in the invoice for any damages caused.ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay.CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PMCHECK-OUT TIME: Until 10:00 AMVIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments have an automatic opening and closing system using a link or PIN code. Virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 AM on the day of your reservation, provided online check-in is completed.INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that you have an internet connection upon arrival and that data roaming is activated if you are coming from abroad, as the electronic system is activated via a link that you will receive through WhatsApp.
