We would like to inform you of some important details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible
COMMUNICATION VIA WHATSAPP: It is essential that you have WhatsApp, as this is our main means of contact. We will use this app to send you the link to complete your online check-in.
ONLINE CHECK-IN: This process is quick and easy. It involves: filling in the details of all guests, paying the outstanding balance (pets, tourist tax, etc.) and signing the digital contract.
By completing the online check-in, you authorise our agency to charge the security deposit to your credit card in the event of misuse of the accommodation. This charge will always be applied to the invoice for any damage caused.
ADDITIONAL COSTS: Tourist tax: €1.93 per person per night. Pets: €25 per pet for the entire stay.
ARRIVAL TIME: from 15:00 to 22:00.
CHECK-OUT TIME: by 10:00.
VIRTUAL KEYS: Our apartments are equipped with an automatic locking and unlocking system via a link or PIN code. Virtual keys will be sent at 8:00 on the day of your booking, provided that online check-in has been completed.
INTERNET AND MOBILE DATA: It is very important that you have an internet connection on arrival and that mobile data roaming is enabled if you are travelling from abroad, as the electronic system is activated via a link you will receive via WhatsApp.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the town next to bars and restaurants. Most shops and restaurants had closed by midnight and the noise levels were well controlled and allowed my 5 & 7 year olds to get to sleep before 8pm. The property was clean and tidy and the fixtures and fittings were good quality.

The Agi Joan Badosa apartments was very nice and clean, with great location in Roses city. Staff is very helpful and welcoming to visitors. The rooms very lovely with clean bedding. We don’t have any problems with wi-if in apartments. Very short distance to beach and city centre, restaurants, market.
