The room was very spacious, the mattress very comfortable and the kitchenette very helpful as we traveled as a family. The hotel is located within 10 minutes walking from the next cta station which was very convenient to get to downtown Chicago. Also the hotel offered a heated pool which was great to end the day. To start the day right the hotel offered a great variety of breakfast options. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend it, too.

Loved the shuttle track app they use for the airport shuttle. I called for the on demand pick up from ORD T5 and the next round I could see the shuttle coming for us. Friendly drivers and reception staff. Hotel is really convenient for an airport night over.

The receptionist was really good, she offered me and my wife a gift for our anniversary!! The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the 10th floor was good!
