The location was excellent just across the road and a few yards from the beach. It was a pleasant walk along the beach to Cowes. It was well kitted out and the bottle of bubbly was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend anybody to stay here. Carole

This stay was a lovely discovery. The house is located on a quiet street right in front of the beach entrance and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including beach equipment, a washing machine and dryer, and a small but cozy private backyard. Renee was a wonderful host — friendly, attentive, and always available. The house is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Very close to Rye and Mornington, yet in a quiet, family-friendly area. Coles is just around the corner, and there are also some lovely small wineries nearby. Highly recommended.

Location was only 3 min walk from the beach - perfect for the little ones. Loved the decor - felt really cosy and warm. Had all the necessities (e.g. olive oil, aluminium foil baking paper), and some extras (e.g. umbrella just in case, board games, cheese board).
