The fine print
Please call the property to request an extra bed.Bath robes are available with an extra charge (EUR 15 per person per stay).Please note a swimming cap and flip-flops are mandatory to access the swimming pool and the wellness area.Please note that the spa is open from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:45 and on Sundays from 9:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:45. The daily rate for adults is EUR 24 and the daily rate for children aged 5 to 12 is EUR 14. From Monday to Saturday you can participate in one fitness class per day at the spa, subject to availability.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Easy access and parking. Close to sea and shops. Very quiet location. Reception explained all the facilities available. Comfortable. Self catering. As is usual in many French properties hob but no oven. Think I might take my Airfryer next time. There was also a small laundry room available.

You can park your car and you can walk to the beach and into centre of Roscoff. Ideal stop over for the ferry port.
