Jessica, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and less touristy but not fat from Ponta Delgada, Lagoa might be a good choice.

The hotel was very simple but very clean. The young lady who welcomed us at the reception was very smiling and friendly. It was relatively easy to park our car in the hotel facility, which is noticeable, knowing that the streets around are quite packed. Having a restaurant nearby was helpful as well.
