The deposit is kept for 12 hours after your departure, then archived.If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance to obtain the necessary access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please note that the car park operates by using a lifting platform and car dimensions cannot exceed 4.96 metres in length, 1.98 metres in width and 1.95 metres in height. Additional car parking spaces are available outside and are subject to availability and height restrictions do not apply.Please contact the property in advance to reserve bed and bath linen, available at a surcharge.Please note that a small amount of cleaning, including the dishes and kitchen area, is expected at departure.Bed linen and towels are not included in the price but can be rented on site for an additional fee of EUR 9 per person.Please note that payment is requested upon arrival.A baby cot and high-chair can be rented on site upon request and at an extra charge of EUR 25 per stay.Please note that the city tax is only applicable for guests of 18 years and older.Please note that pets can be accommodated for an extra fee of EUR 5 per night. Spacious room, great view, nice carport parking, beach very close, Monaco very close, TV, cosy beds, alright kitchen, uncomplicated reception, good price.

Situation is unique. Beautiful views. Peaceful. Well equipped.. We rented Airton. A bit noisy but would have been unbearable without during night.

The complex is close to the beach, with a beautiful sea view. The kids enjoyed the complex's pool, it wasn't crowded, and the nearest beach is very nice. The price matches the quality. Parking is available on-site and included in the price, but using the parking lift requires a very experienced driver :-)
