In most situations I wait outside the building until the owner comes with the keys; here the owner was waiting for us at the entrance of the parking, which I highly appreciate. Very friendly person. She gave us a perfect explanation of all the apartment and facilities plus some precious advice about touristic spots and traffic. The place was spotless, decorated and equiped. Perfect shower/toilet, spacious living room with kitchen. Long balcony with view over Monaco and some sea. Easy access to parking. Private parking spot allocated. It was a pleasure to come home and enjoy the place after much walking/tramping. Easy port of call for Monaco, Eze or Menton. Grocery literaly next door open 7/7, 0730-1930.

A wonderful apartment. It has everything you need and a wonderful terrace with a view of the MC. We were welcomed by the hostess, for which we thank her very much. There is a parking space for the car. Nice shop next to the property boundary. Thanks for everything and see you soon.

Very Good location to get taste of the area easy to reach Nice Monte Carlo with train 10 min walk from the sea Good butchery and boulangerie near of Must go to the caste breath taking view the flat was stylish and cosy the owner was very kind good kitchenett nice view from the balcony and thanks for the jam

Have stayed in RCM many times and property totally met our expectations for a one week stay over the new year period. Clean, comfortable and well located for RCM, Menton and Monaco.
