We had a fantastic stay at Kris and Iza’s place. Kris is an amazing, easy going and helpful host. Everything was clean and ideal for relaxation. The house itself is built around a great sustainability concept that provides filtered tap water and green energy from solar panels on the roof. The location is also ideal. The house is on the edge of El Roque, close to the main road. It only takes a few minutes by car to reach the beach or the supermarket in El Cotillo. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place! PS: Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos. I apologize for the awkward sandwich in the first picture—if you look past it, you can see the beautiful sea view in the background.

The property was good just in the wrong part of the building it only has 2 small windows which are under trees so no real natural light in the period I was there not once did the owners come to ask me is everything ok or change the bed sheets toilet rolls etc I was there for the Christmas period as my 3 properties I have in El Cotillo were all occupied for the month I have someone to call round 2 times a week to see if everything is okay and do a sheet change every week I do know the area very well as I went to school in the area I’m now 61 .
