Truly mesmerizing views, right in the middle of nature. Incredible service from Santina. Every morning she bent over backwards to make us feel at home. All the other staff by the way was also very very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

What a helpful and friendly family that owns the B&B! We enjoyed feeling as if in a home from home. Local food, such as eggs and cheese, were served at breakfast. We had use of the kettle in the kitchen whenever needed. The room was warm and comfortable with breathtaking views over the mountains and valleys. The external bathroom was no hardship as this was exclusively for our use. Three nights was exactly the right duration to experience this close community of 700 people. Wherever we went we felt welcome. The walk up Mount Linzone is something we shall never forget. Like a scene from Narnia, with flowers such as primroses in the lower slopes and hoarfrost on trees higher up. The summit was lost in cloud and coated with snow Nor will I forget using my rudimentary Italian with the matriarch of the family, who like her daughter, made this a unique experience. Roncola is off the beaten track and well worth a visit. Enjoy!
