Location, grounds and room very nice. Balcony is nice feature. Good breakfast. Well located for the Ampfield golf course.

Central to everything we needed. Considering they were closing for a refit the next week the staff were excellent more so that they were all being made redundant .

I have stayed at Potters Heron several times before. It's convenient for seeing our daughter in Southampton. I feel it very good value with clean and comfortable rooms. I enjoy the breakfast and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
