The staff were friendly. The bed very comfortable . It was quiet inside which was great because outside was very noisy.

Hotel is fresh, comfortable bed, clean, well planned. Very good sound insulation so no noise from the train station nearby or from the busy street. Stuff is always available, nice and helpful. Nice restaurant to relax, Perfect connection from the train station just on the other side of the street.

Location was excellent, right next to train station, and on main shopping strip with heaps of restaurants and supermarkets next door even a marks and spencer. Room was very clean and receptionists were all very very helpful and polite. The train station is on the elizabeth line which goes direct to heathrow airport station. Highly recommend.
