Amazing. Best we have stayed in over 9 weeks in Italy. Great communication with the host. Easy check in. It was a heatwave and they had kindly turned the AC on ready for us. All the amenities you could need in decent amounts like enough coffee pods! Area was fantastic. Really came alive at night. Totally recommend!

Location was excellent, right in the heart of Trastevere. Hosts were wonderful, really friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace was a real pleasure.

Xystum is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Trastevere. It is a well equipped apartment, everything you need for a perfect holiday. Would not hesitate to return, in fact we have already booked for next year

Location right in the centre of Trastevere. Very well equipped apartment. Spotlessly clean. Very good bed. Rooftop terrace is wonderful (even in February we made good use of it on a couple of sunny days). Communication with the owner before and during the stay via Booking.com was kind, swift and precise. Self check-in via phone. The owners were also very flexible on check-in time. Would definitely come back.
