Basic, but had everything we needed for a one night Convenient for the Termini station. (Only stayed one night arriving late and taking a very early train Good response and guidance from host. Flexible check in time (we arrived late at night, he was there to help us in)

It is not an hotel, just a guest house of a flat. The location is good but not secure. The building is old and there are many keys to enter even lift is so strange like a horror movie. However smart tv was a good to get rid of scary condition.
